Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is a Canadian actress best known for the fantasy television series Shadowhunters on Freeform in addition to Venevision telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' te Enamores. Other talents she has include being a model who is successful and also a dancer. Born in Montreal, she was raised in Texas. Her entire life she has enjoyed performing. In her early years she started to train in different forms of dancing. At the age of 15 old, she started competing in beauty pageants. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia achieved fame after she won a spot on Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2008. She was in 2010 as the receptionist for Telemundo the telenovela Aurora. In 2015, she appeared in the action thriller Tattooed Love, her debut film.
